1. Who We Are & Acceptance

Trenaly ("Trenaly", "we", "us") is an AI chart-analysis platform available via our website and apps (Android/iOS). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you disagree, please don't use it.

The Service is intended solely for users aged 18 or older. By using Trenaly you confirm you meet this age. The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

2. Service Provided

We provide AI chart analysis (stocks, crypto, forex, and any market that is bought and sold) via website and apps:

• Free Users: 3 daily analyses
• Subscribers: Unlimited analyses

We may change free-tier limits or subscription features from time to time; the current limits are shown in the app and on the website.

4. App Usage & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the Service for any unlawful or violating purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Upload content you don't have the right to, or that is offensive or illegal

You can uninstall the app anytime.

5. Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the images you upload:

• You must own the right to use them
• No illegal or offensive content
• We reserve the right to remove violating content

6. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you purchase through — Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) — and are governed by that store's terms and refund policy.
• The price and billing period are shown at purchase; subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in the store's settings; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the remaining time.
• We do not issue refunds directly; refund requests are made to the store and are subject to its policy and to any rights granted to you by law.
• If a refund or chargeback is granted, the subscription is terminated and paid features are revoked immediately, returning the account to the free plan.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, unlawful use, or attempting to harm the system or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or the content you upload.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email and take effect on the stated date. The "Last Updated" date is always shown at the top of this page; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
