1. Log in to your Trenaly account
2. Enter your password to confirm your identity
3. Click "Delete My Account Permanently"
4. Your account and data will be deleted immediately

🗂️ Data That Will Be Deleted

• Your profile information (username, email)
• All your chart analysis history
• Your subscription information
• Your preferences and settings
• Support conversation history

📁 Data That May Be Retained

• Anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked to you)
• Payment transaction records (required by law for 7 years)

Payment records are retained for legal and tax compliance purposes only.
